If we were about to present just one stage of the production and summarize our capabilities by describing only this phase, this would be our proficient and skillful craftsmen. Our investment on the state of the art technology is proudly combined with professional craftsmen that are trained on a certain stage of the production. Solid brass is being polished by our traditional polishers by hand in order to prepare the surface of the metal for the next stage, the plating process. All components are meticulously polished until the surface is flawless enough to proceed with the platting. Each product has accurate bonds between its separate parts and is individually approved by hand to pass on to the packaging stage. All bathroom accessories, the toilet roll holders, the toilet brushes and the shower baskets for example, are taken of special care during construction as they are the proof of quality and craftsmanship to all the people that choose Violek products for their bathroom.
